Step 1.
Login to Customer Dashboard - https://manage.switchvpn.net/

Step 2.
Click on your VPN user name and select "Change VPN Password"

Step 3.
In the pop-up window, fill in your desired password in "VPN Password" and "VPN Verify Password" and click on Save Changes.

Note: This will change only your VPN Password of that subscription. It will not change your customer portal password.
