SwitchVPN does not offer static or dedicated IP address. SwitchVPN uses shared IP address across all of its gateways.  Every gateway has its own shared IP address, any user connecting to that gateway will get same IP address. This does not have affect performance of the overall VPN and offers more privacy compared to static IP.
