Step 1. Log in to customer portal

Step 2. Click on Services > VPN Accounts

Step 3. Click on Manage Product next to the VPN account you want to change your VPN password.

Step 4. Click on Change Password to change your VPN Password.

Note: VPN credentials are different from customer portal credentials.
